Facilutions, Inc. was established in 1989 by Kurt and Diane Budday as a supplier of industrial furniture throughout the western United States.We quickly became known
within the electronics industry as a "solutions driven" supplier of ergonomically correct
furniture and accessories. After incorporating in 1993, Kurt and Diane applied their
knowledge of ergonomics, and their ability to arrive at practical solutions to typical problems, to the office furniture market.
