For companies opening new spaces or restructuring operations, Facilutions provides a turnkey facilities setup. We design the framework, onboard vendors, and build the policies your team needs to run smoothly from day one. What’s Included: Facilities Setup Plan – tailored to your space and operations needs Vendor Selection & Onboarding – cleaning, maintenance, security, waste, etc. SOP & Policy Pack – core documents for compliance, safety, and daily operations Maintenance & Compliance Calendar – 12-month roadmap of preventive tasks Team Orientation Session – train your staff on processes, vendors, and tools Deliverables: You’ll receive a complete facilities playbook, including: Vendor agreements & contact directory Core SOPs & safety policies Preventive maintenance calendar Onboarding guide for internal facilities staff Pricing: One-time fee, starting at $7,500 (scope depends on facility size and complexity) Best for: Startups, expanding businesses, and organizations opening new offices or venues who want their facilities professionally set up right the first time.


Cancellation Policy

Booking & Scheduling: Services are confirmed once payment (or deposit, if arranged) has been received. We’ll work with you to schedule preferred dates, but bookings are finalized based on availability. A Facilities Health Check is typically completed within one week of your Discovery Call. Payment Terms: Health Check → Payment is required in full at booking. Add-Ons → Payment is due when booked or alongside the Health Check fee. Retainer & Premium Packages → The first month’s fee is due upfront; ongoing retainers are billed monthly in advance. Payment methods: ACH, credit/debit card, or business check. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Rescheduling requires at least 5 business days’ notice. Cancellations made within 5 business days of your start date are non-refundable. If Facilutions needs to reschedule, we’ll provide new dates within 10 business days. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before your Discovery Call, we may offer a 50% refund at our discretion. Work not completed due to client cancellation is not credited or refunded. Confidentiality: All information shared with Facilutions is handled with strict confidentiality. Reports and deliverables are prepared exclusively for your organization and should not be distributed externally without written approval. Cancellations & No-Shows: Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 5 business days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 5 days before start, or no-shows for scheduled sessions, are non-refundable. Rescheduling missed sessions may incur an additional fee.
