Facilutions acts as your on-demand facilities department — delivering the expertise of a Director-level leader without the cost of a full-time hire. We focus on strategic oversight and structured monthly support, so you gain clarity, savings, and compliance without extra headcount. This gives you Director-level expertise, compliance oversight, vendor management, and cost-saving strategies — all at nearly half the cost of hiring a full-time Facilities Manager. Best for: Companies ready for consistent, structured facilities leadership — without committing to a full-time facilities team.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling: Services are confirmed once payment (or deposit, if arranged) has been received. We’ll work with you to schedule preferred dates, but bookings are finalized based on availability. A Facilities Health Check is typically completed within one week of your Discovery Call. Payment Terms: Health Check → Payment is required in full at booking. Add-Ons → Payment is due when booked or alongside the Health Check fee. Retainer & Premium Packages → The first month’s fee is due upfront; ongoing retainers are billed monthly in advance. Payment methods: ACH, credit/debit card, or business check. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Rescheduling requires at least 5 business days’ notice. Cancellations made within 5 business days of your start date are non-refundable. If Facilutions needs to reschedule, we’ll provide new dates within 10 business days. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before your Discovery Call, we may offer a 50% refund at our discretion. Work not completed due to client cancellation is not credited or refunded. Confidentiality: All information shared with Facilutions is handled with strict confidentiality. Reports and deliverables are prepared exclusively for your organization and should not be distributed externally without written approval. Cancellations & No-Shows: Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 5 business days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 5 days before start, or no-shows for scheduled sessions, are non-refundable. Rescheduling missed sessions may incur an additional fee.
